Ty, that's AWESOME!!  Guess they got the pitch wrong....

Once that 800 lb condensate iceberg topples into the building it might be a problem.  lol.

Altough this isn't yet a problem, it is kind of funny how high this ice mound has grown from this exhaust vent.

BTW, that is the hot water tank vent.

Gas fired DHW.  This is the attic floor, and the pilot assembly is at eye level in a kitchen cabinet. Below is the top, note the flue!

In my client interviews, I used to ask homeowners how often they changed their air filters. Now I ask them if they know where their air filter is. This is the worst I've seen. I should have framed it.
