If the solar array has been there for five or six years, sure.
The real problems will come when it's the neighbor's tree that messes up the economics of your rooftop array. -

Sad to say, while traveling in Germany I saw a lot similar installations. With big enough incentives roofs become very valuable space.
But on the positive side - the shading on the panels will keep them cooler. Cooler panels produce more power than hot panels.... :-(
