This is a heat pump hot water heater right?!
Looks like ther is a cord on the left.
I don't see electrical bonding and ground... normally that would be at the water pipes as they come out of the wall.

Condensing right? They must not have heard of stainless steel flexible vent pipes... At least the screen is accessible to a vacuum cleaner.
