It's a good thing that they put that cap on it!! :)) I don't have a picture, but I found one that may top this one; a basement gas water heater, atmospheric draft type, but without any flue connector at all, which was "OK", because there was no chimney to connect it to anyhow! I used to try to figure out why things were done in the worst way possible, but I gave that up because I could never come up with a reasonable answer. Now I just enjoy the experience.
