I was brought into this house that was only a couple of years old and the customer wanted to know why their kitchen was always cold. It is pretty obvious in these pictures. We also found a moisture problem that they thought they had fixed and about 5 other problems in the house. They are now working with the contractor to fix the issues after living in the house for three years. It just goes to show you pictures are worth a thousand words.
