The DM-2A Manometer was updated in 2011 with the most
recent software through Retrotec's exchange program where
you send your manometer to them and in return you get a
refurbished unit that has been recalibrated and had the latest
software installed. This was done in July, 2011.
This Blower Door is 2 years old and is in very good condition.
This is an extra set that has been used on about 20 home energy
audits. We are selling it because we don't use it enough.
The case for the Blower Door frame is a hard plastic gun case.
There is a small tear in the fan case, otherwise everything is good.
I am willing to sell this for $1950 plus shipping from Seattle.
