The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) is proud to announce that BPI-1100-T-2012 Home Energy Auditing Standard has been published as a BPI standard. The home performance industry has been calling for a resource the energy auditor can use to ensure that energy audits are conducted in alignment with current industry practices. Home performance professionals will now be able to ensure that energy audits are conducted as thoroughly as possible by applying this standard to their projects.

Love the fact "setback" isn't mentioned anywhere! To me that indicates progress!
In fact the whole thing seems to come from design rather than prescriptive, except for the IAQ crap. Eventually technology will deliver inexpensive means to monitor IAQ, and those "standards" will become obsolete.
Anybody know of software that will report on all those things (one report)?
How many pages is it?
