Hmmm.

"In 1993 we put together this great program that's all about saving energy.  Maybe for our 20th anniversary we should develop a process to see if promised savings actually realize...?"

Hey, putting personal frustration aside, this is great news.  I wish it had happened sooner, but definitely a good sign.  

Now if they take it one step further and include the registry Rick Gerardi writes about, they'll make this really meaningful.
