Dale,  4 of my staff got sick right after the conference and I just got sick yesterday with a fever and cough and cold.

Hi Dale,

I got the respiratory infection and I am still coughing. And I never get sick! I can't believe some folks ended up in the ER. Scary!

ACI-Baltimore 2012 was another fine conference thanks to the hard work of everyone at ACI. There were so many good session choices. I believe the number was around 1600 attendees. Many thanks to Amy and crew for a job well done.

The only setback, which was no fault of ACI, was the respiratory ailments that many folks acquired while there.  I'm not sure what the exact nature of it was, but there are folks still out sick with sinus infections or the "Hilton hack".  I think most are over the fever, although some ended up in the ER when their fever got too high.

Does anyone have a better handle on this ailment? Many of us are still trying to recover.

Please note that every one of the MF sessions has been standing room only. So, unless we get a bigger room for the rest of the sessions this week, do not encourage any one else to attend these sessions. %^}
it is nice to see such intense interest in this, the first full Multifamily track at an ACI national conference. ..in ACI's 25 years. It has been a great set of sessions so far.

On Thursday morning (that means soon!), I'm holding an ad hoc and informal session concerning an engagement instrument I've designed that I believe can become valuable to 1000 Home Challenge participants, tapping opportunities in behavior and community solutions.  8:30 - 10:15 in Sierra H (5th floor).

As one of the SF Bay area ambassadors, I thought I'd provide a couple of links to recent housing market reports from a reputable source: the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association.  Here are two excellent articles that will give you some relevant background info on the SF Bay area market and housing stock:
