I'm very much looking forward to the conference this week. The needs are greater than ever and real solutions have been developed over the years that can be implemented quickly and effectively. I read in the WSJ this morning that Tokyo will go into the summer with a 20% power deficit, a huge problem looking for short- and long-term answers.

I'm also looking for chances to catch up with the many friends and colleagues I've grown fond of over the past 25 years and SF is just the place to do that!
