I'm in the process of performing a literature review of sorts collecting as much information about WAP program management and/or administration.  If anyone has any relevant articles, powerpoints, success stories, effective policies, etc. that would be willing to share them, please contact me or email them directly to: chase.counts@gmail.com

Chase,  you'll find a few articles on WAP program design, and some case studies related to management at http://www.homeenergy.org/list/category/nav/weatherization .  Please let us know what you hear.  We're always interested in publishing content that contributes to the success of the WAP program.

Hi Chase.  Great for you!  Our organization-Economic Opportunity Studies, Inc.- has much material to share with you and others who are interested in WAP.  I will send you direct links in support of your research.  We can encourage WAP managers we know well to assist you also.  Frankly, this forum-as Tom White and I have discussed-is an excellent platform to encourage WAP workers to share their experiences and ideas and to receive the best ideas from private home performance folks as well.
