There is an article in the June 9 issue of ACHR News magazine that might help a lot people understand why the house is really part of the duct system.

To some in the building science community, the house as a system is a given concept.  But to those in the HVAC community, the house is not really thought of as an extension of the duct work.  If we can help promote this general idea maybe we can get more contractors to help everyone make the whole building work better and provide more comfort.
