G.H. Runevitch, a master trainer associated with the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD), recently contributed an article, "Taking the Lead on Lead", to Home Energy magazine. His article details OSHA, HUD and EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) rules, and includes links to other EPA, OSHA and HUD sites. GH has offered to answer questions here.
