Take a look at Pemko. They have good technical info on their site. The 4301 model may be what you want, available as short as 18".

I have used different models throughout the years. Love 'em. They can be cut to any size you want with a hack saw.

Must be cut with a hacksaw so that the hinge is not damaged. Biggest problem is placement of the closing cam on the stop trim- using the supplied larger screw  may split the stop trim molding so the cam cannot stay on securly so drill a pilot hole or use a smaller diameter screw.

thanks to all -- I did find what I was looking for on the Pemko site the second look around and --- I'll remember to install the cam with a pilot hole --- thanks!
