Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater System Design Help Needed
Please email me if you can help a singlefamily home client (Oakland, CA) who is thinking about adding a Rheem Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater to an existing "munchkin" plus " 40 gal storage tank" system in order to expand the hydronic floor heating from a single floor of ~1100 sq ft to include a newly buil out basement level of ~1200 sq ft.

Eliron, Please keep me in your loop; I too am looking at using a 50gal. Rheem hybrid heat-pump to do both dhw and space heating with a First Co. air handler. The Rheem will get it's power from a 9panal 2.12 kW PV system. The 1600sqft house is in San Luis Obispo.
