Our utility is "f", variable rates available, but not forced. We can also read our meter online.

I'm pretty certain TOU/demand/variable rates are available for residential customers, but you can check their rate programs by going to their website pge.com
Permalink Reply by Rod Fox on August 9, 2012 at 12:04pm B with about 5% of my clients in the greater Albuquerque/Santa Fe areas. The remaining are A. PNM is the utility. Most residences are fixed rates but commercial properties tend to fluctuate between three rate plans depending on their demand and total kWh usage.
