Great example of the use of retrofit case studies
The Claremont Home Energy Retrofit Project, known by the awesome acronym CHERP, is one of the most successful community outreach programs I've seen anywhere in the country (very high return on very modest investment.) One of the things they've been especially good at is Case Studies. Take a look: http://www.claremontenergy.org/case-study
