BPI now accepts the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) certifications as prerequisite criteria for participation in our accreditation program. In March BPI also recognized HVAC specific certifications from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA). As BPI accredited contractors, HVAC contractors have the opportunity to provide complete solutions to customers’ comfort, health, and energy issues by addressing the whole house as a system. This not only expands project work scopes, it allows for reduced call backs, improved satisfaction, fewer emergency replacements and improved conversion rates of referrals from customers.
