Has anyone ever heard of blower door depressurization effecting infants ears?  Is there a place where one could find out more about the subject?  Met a respectable individual that would not perform door testing with homes that have infants present.  Seems like something that could be of concern.  Thanks in advance for your thoughts and info.

I would be uncomfortable with an infant in the house due to air quality. Think about sucking all the air from the nether regions and what it might trigger.

I request animals and small children not to be present.

This concern is rather silly. The pressure difference created across the ear by a blower door is on the order of what an elevator ride up 3 floors would create or sliding diwn a tall slide. It's much smaller than taking an elevator up a high rise and tny compared to flying in a plane.

This article (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17587417) shows that the measured cabin pressure in an airplane changes by 5000 Pa during flight.  This will certainly cause discomfort but is unlikely to cause damage.  I wouldn't be too worried about 50 Pa.
