Anyone else notice that two Chicago airports were shut down yesterday? Anyone else read why? I might be new to the industry and still learning, however common sense tells me this could have been completely avoided. A single bathroom exhaust fan overheats, and then enters the domino effect. Good find. Reminds me of the domino effect in the Breaking Bad episode with the distracted air traffic controller. Glad no one was hurt in Chicago.

This does a nice job of illustrating why our program's QA standards prohibit burying most bath exhaust fans in insulation, too. Going to pass this along!
