Young Professionals in Energy, the world’s premier energy networking organization, has announced a new round of programming for its second annual international conference, set for April 23-25, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
The three-day conference will feature panel discussions and presentations by YPE members from around the world on such vital energy issues as the world oil supply, shale, renewable energy, career issues and funding new energy projects.
Sponsors for the event include the American Petroleum Institute, America’s Natural Gas Alliance, Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., Husch Blackwell LLP, the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Nevada Institute for Renewable Energy Commercialization, NV Energy and Packers Plus Energy Services.
Highlighting the three-day conference is a keynote speech by Daniel Yergin, author of the best-selling “The Quest: Energy, Security and the Remaking of the Modern World (www.danielyergin.com).
