Description: Training will cover the new requirements of ENERGY STAR for New Homes version 3 program. Detailed presentations will be given on an ENERGY STAR v3 Overview, Thermal Enclosure Rater Checklist, HVAC Quality Installation Rater Checklist, Water Management Builder Checklist, and problem solving for the HERS Rater. At the conclusion of the training each participant will need to find an approved testing proctor and schedule a test with EnergyLogic. Students will be issued a certificate of completion with a passing grade of 80% or greater on the exam. EnergyLogic will maintain your records and notify ENERGY STAR of your successful completion. The learning management system will remain open to our students for six months upon completion. EnergyLogic will continue to upload new information, including videos of EnergyLogic's raters completing inspections, new best practices, and much more. The education will continue well into your future.
