 ill cover the new requirements of ENERGY STAR for New Homes version 3 
 program. Detailed presentations will be given on an ENERGY STAR v3 Ove
 rview, Thermal Enclosure Rater Checklist, HVAC Quality Installation Ra
 ter Checklist, Water Management Builder Checklist, and problem solving
  for the HERS Rater. At the conclusion of the training each participan
 t will need to find an approved testing proctor and schedule a test wi
 th EnergyLogic. Students will be issued a certificate of completion wi
 th a passing grade of 80% or greater on the exam. EnergyLogic will mai
 ntain your records and notify ENERGY STAR of your successful completio
 n. The learning management system will remain open to our students for
  six months upon completion. EnergyLogic will continue to upload new i
 nformation, including videos of EnergyLogic's raters completing inspec
 tions, new best practices, and much more. The education will continue
