 for State Community Services Programs, the non-profit, national, membe
 rship organization which represents the State directors of the Communi
 ty Services Block Grant and the Weatherization Assistance Program. For
  the Weatherization Track at NASCSP’s Annual Training Conference, as
  in the past several even-numbered years, NASCSP will partner with the
  Department of Energy to host the Weatherization State Managers’ Mee
 ting. The focus will be on grantee management issues. Sessions will in
 clude updates and discussion of recent DOE WAP policy, program notices
 , guidance, and ARRA updates. Other session topics may include opportu
 nities for WAP in the green retrofit market, monitoring, and multi-fam
