The Annual Conference of the National Association for State Community Services Programs, the non-profit, national, membership organization which represents the State directors of the Community Services Block Grant and the Weatherization Assistance Program. For the Weatherization Track at NASCSP’s Annual Training Conference, as in the past several even-numbered years, NASCSP will partner with the Department of Energy to host the Weatherization State Managers’ Meeting. The focus will be on grantee management issues. Sessions will include updates and discussion of recent DOE WAP policy, program notices, guidance, and ARRA updates. Other session topics may include opportunities for WAP in the green retrofit market, monitoring, and multi-family weatherization.
