Event Description

* This webinar is targeted towards housing and finance division staff from Minnesota cities, but is also of interest to out-of-state groups interested in programs to help finance energy efficiency projects.

CEE's Lending Center provides a number of unique financing options for energy efficiency improvements in homes and small businesses. In addition to general financing options, the Lending Center administers loan products for a number of cities and communities across the metro area and greater Minnesota.

In this webinar, Lending Manager Judi Mortenson will discuss how cities can partner with the Lending Center to make resources available to residents, resulting in cost-effective energy efficiency. Examples of existing partnerships will highlight the degree to which programs vary from city to city.

Webinar Outline:

  • General overview of the Lending Center at Center for Energy and Environment
  • A broad outline of the primary loan products offered and for whom they are most appropriate
  • A discussion of the services the Lending Center can offer Minnesota cities interested in providing their residents with energy efficiency retrofits
