RESNET HERS Rater Supplement for BPI BAs is specifically designed for BPI Building Analysts that would like to add the RESNET HERS Rater certification to their list of qualifications.

This course is designed as a limited self-paced course. The course is scheduled for 5 days. In that week we will cover six distinct modules: 

RESNET Standards & Energy Efficient Mortgages, Introduction to Plans, Plan Take-offs, REM/Rate Introduction, Class Project – Complete From-plans Rating, Simulated National Exam
