Event Description

The Heartland Habitat X Conference runs from Monday October 7th through Wednesday October 9th, 2013. This year's keynote will be delivered by Mark D. Allen of the Missouri Small Business and Technology Development Center.

This event includes three days of highly focused training and in-depth collaboration, with lunch and snacks provided each day, and a hosted reception Monday evening.

The registration is capped at 50 people; large enough to create a collaborative environment, and small enough that we can be responsive to everyone's skills and interests.

Learn more at the website.

This conference will follow these threads:

  • Business and Market Evolution. We'll convene panels of experts and futurists from housing, banking, and building science to help us explore and plan for the future of our industries. Every attendee will be actively involved in these sessions.
  • Leadership and Communication. These interactive sessions are integrated throughout the conference. They're intended for anyone who needs to work with and lead others -- executives, managers, sales people, and trainers.
  • Tools and Techniques. You'll have the choice each day to participate in sessions where you can work with all the toys and tools. We'll show you how to make your work easier, whether you're a trainer, program manager, or sales person.

Facilitators for this event include Chris Dorsi, J. West, and Eileen O'Hara. Guest presenters include Mark Allen, Bill Spohn, Kevin Beck, Keith Canfield, and others.

Registration for this event is open, with early bird discounts expiring on September 30th.

Discounts on registration of 10% are available
