Most residential water systems waste both energy and water. Learn how to efficiently heat and deliver hot water for both new construction and retrofit situations. The various water heating technologies available will be discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of storage and tankless water heaters will be addressed in detail. A discussion of hot water recirculation systems will reveal that all systems save water but many are huge energy wasters. Attendees will learn how to deliver hot water to every fixture, wasting no more than 1 cup while waiting no more than 5 seconds. You will come away with innovative, practical, and cost-effective applications that will increase customer satisfaction while dramatically reducing energy and water waste and their associated costs. (Pre-registration is required.)
