Event Description

This is a casual, absolutely FREE event where people can learn more about the Renewable Energy and Solar Energy technical aspect, careers, job markets, Solar Certifications, Government Policies and the American Recovery and Grant Program under the Reinvestment Act (ARRA) 2009, and the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). The seminar will also cover the Weatherization and Energy Efficiency Industries. Weatherization is about making improvements to a home to stop air leaks. It makes heating and cooling more efficient, which drives down the cost of utility bills. Attendees will learn about Building Performance Institute's (BPI) standards, job markets, careers, certifications, and government policies.

 

Seminars are held in San Bernardino County. Seats are limited, so please register online and we will send you a confirmation that includes the exact location, time, and directions.

The Solar and Weatherization Seminar will last for 60 minutes and will be followed by optional networking and a Q & A Session.
