  an ENERGY STAR v3 Overview, Thermal Enclosure Rater Checklist, HVAC Q
 uality Installation Rater Checklist, Water Management Builder Checklis
 t, and problem solving for the HERS Rater. At the conclusion of the tr
 aining each participant will be issued a proctored 2 hour written exam
 . Students will be issued a certificate of completion with a passing g
 rade of 80% or greater on the exam. EnergyLogic will maintain your rec
 ords and notify ENERGY STAR of you completion. All participants will b
 e provided a learning management system login described below upon the
  completion of development.\n \nThe ENERGY STAR for Homes Version 3 g
 uidelines are being phased in during 2011. Verification partners, incl
 uding HERS Raters and Field Inspectors, must complete ENERGY STAR Vers
 ion 3 Rater Training through a RESNET Accredited Training Provider suc
 h as EnergyLogic. Effective January 1, 2012, new raters must take this
  training to become partners. Raters who join prior to 2012 must compl
 ete the training by December 31, 2011 to remain ENERGY STAR partners.\
