Training will cover the new requirements of ENERGY STAR for New Homes version 3 program. Detailed presentations will be given on an ENERGY STAR v3 Overview, Thermal Enclosure Rater Checklist, HVAC Quality Installation Rater Checklist, Water Management Builder Checklist, and problem solving for the HERS Rater. At the conclusion of the training each participant will be issued a proctored 2 hour written exam. Students will be issued a certificate of completion with a passing grade of 80% or greater on the exam. EnergyLogic will maintain your records and notify ENERGY STAR of you completion. All participants will be provided a learning management system login described below upon the completion of development.
