Our two-day course covers everything you will need to know to qualify homes under ENERGY STAR 3.0, including:  ENERGY STAR reference design home and size adjustment factor; thermal enclosure system rater checklist; HVAC system quality installation rater and builder checklists; water management systems checklists; software data entry for the new requirements.
