Free lunchtime webinar from Clean Energy Ambassadors, aimed for public power and co-op utilities and their communities. Ron Horstman, Energy Services Manager for the Western Area Power Administration presents on some of the best small utility programs and solutions he's seen. Steve Carroll of Linn County REC will present from his field experience. Questions about how to work with in-house and/or contractors will also be addressed.
