Event Description
For those Raters out there who need some more training in REM/Rate, this class is for you. As a RESNET Rating Provider, we provide REM/Rate advice daily helping our raters interpret complicated and dynamic homes. We go over tips and tricks on how to break the building down into workable pieces. We will also discuss the issues related to achieving the tax credit.
