Event Description

Are reduced callbacks and increased customer satisfaction part of your business goals? If not, both should be. Examine the causes of common residential building problems and learn how to partner with educated consumers to reduce callbacks.

We will review the "field tested and proven" building techniques used by Wisconsin builders in certifying over 14,000 homes in Wisconsin's residential new construction program. All major areas of the building shell will be covered, from the footings to the attic, with a brief mechanical overview. Wisconsin building code requirements will be addressed for building techniques discussed during this workshop.
