Using a house-as-a-system approach, this training will cover advanced building envelope and duct diagnostics evaluation, selection of appropriate materials and repair skills to help candidates / students prepare for BPI's Envelope Professional written and field exams.

 

Gain comprehensive knowledge of:

  • Building envelope types
  • Building airflow and pressure pan testing
  • Advanced thermal and air pressure boundary diagnostics
  • Advanced blower door testing techniques
  • Mechanical ventilation and systems testing
  • Psychometrics and relative humidity
  • Combustion safety
  • Health and safety
