Home Performance contractors are remodelers too! During the seminars we will explore what happens between you and your prospective clients before and after the contract is signed. Most, if not all, of the pricing and marketing strategies we explore will apply every day in your business. You see, I already have some of those processes documented. You don’t have to re-invent the wheel. I get my reward by helping you understand what your competitor may already know. We’ll spend some time exploring how you may be able to better control your costs for production as well.
