Adomatis, SRA, representing the Appraisal Institute, will describe the appraisal process, explain proper use of valuation tools, differentiate between Green and Code-Built, discuss the Appraisal Institute’s Green and Energy Efficient Addendum, share proactive steps to a more efficient green closing, and provide details on the evolution of valuing green homes. In addition to Ms. Adomatis appraisal expertise, local data from green homes in the Chicago area will be presented.

  • Clarify communication allowed under lending guidelines (Dodd-Frank Bill)
  • Describe appraisal process
  • Identify documents necessary to assist valuing your green project

Event is FREE, but registration is required as we must provide building security with a list of attendees.
