Course Name: CONST 163
Hours: 54 hours, Every Thursday January 24th – May 16th, 6:00pm – 9:05pm
Description: This course advances participants skills in the building performance and energy auditing industry. It will train students in the use of EnergyPro software for energy modeling for new construction (Title 24 creation), existing building data collection and modeling focusing on single family and multifamily. Participants will also be trained to use infra red imaging for accurate, non-invasive inspection of homes. Course hours can be used for BPI CEUs.
