Cost Effectiveness Calculation: Does it include all the benefits to ratepayers and the utility? Including all the benefits would expand programs and the opportunity for new energy efficiency products.
Deemed Savings: Does deemed savings correlate with the true energy savings provided? More M&V and evaluation of energy efficiency projects would ensure quality work is being completed.
Fair Share for Businesses: Energy Efficiency Contractors, Distributors and Program Implementers, you likely have the industry expertise and know your customers. Do the utility programs support your businesses needs and those of your customers? If not, this is the opportunity to improve the programs.
